Norwegian Favorites
Must honestly admit that I am not very good at buying Norwegian interior design. For some reason, we very often end up with something when we are Danish candy interiors. I still have some Norwegian favorites.

- Rustic armchair with pallets to give life to your deck
- Experimental One and Two Armchair decoratings
- Benefits of massage chairs
No front and no next of Scandia chair from Fjord Fiesta. Personally, I think this is the prettiest Norwegian furniture ever! Designed by Hans Brattrud in 1957. If someone wants to sponsor me with one, I’ll blog about it for ages:)
Maybe I like this cutlery because it evokes the old childhood memories. Grandmother and grandfather had in fact Maya cutlery, and I ate a lot of good dinners with them in the small hot kitchen. Cutlery the way, was designed by Tias Eckhoff for Norwegian Steel Press in 1961.

norwegian luxury white interior
- The comforts of a Turkish sofa
- The elegance of white leather furniture in the room
- The importance of the sofa and coffee table
Stokke Sleepi Stokke, we actually own, and we have been very pleased with the choice of bedding. This was designed in 1999 by Susanne Gr?nlund and Klaus Hviid , in cooperation with the Stokke Factories and has quickly grown to become an international classic, along with the other children’s furniture from Stokke.

norwegian new white cushions
- Red and White Living
- Room Cabinets
- Save to encourage your rooms ceramic
Peel-chair from Vari?r (formerly Stokke), designed by Olav Eld?y and is available in several varieties. This picture shows the club variant which came in 2007. Rock reportedly called Peel, because the Eld?y taken inspiration from an orange peel that curled.
Oslo Wood lamp, designed by Ove Rogne for Northern Lighting. I think it is quite as charming.

norwegian white decor with wood ornaments
- Wallpaper by designer Vivienne Westwood
- What are the advantages of teak flooring
- White House Interiors
A relatively new favorite chair is the Penguin which came on stream in 2008. It is designed by Peter Opsvik for Vari?r.
Catherine Holms Lotus series in all shapes and sizes are also high on the list. These were designed by Grete Prytz Kittelsen in the 60′s. I’d like some of these bowls.

norwegian luxury wood flooring
- Developments in ceramic flooring
- Ethnic Interiors
- Feng Shui Colors
Tripp Trapp by Stokke is another favorite. It is timeless, practical and will survive generations. This has actually also here at home.
This was just a few of my favorites, there are quite a lot of nice and Norwegian. More favorites come a day when I get time.
